D3.1 Identification and assessment of
coaches’ requirements report
The deliverable will follow and evaluate the needs assessment activities that will be carried out by the consortium. It will identify existing information for coach practices to develop youth athletes’ personal attributes (physical and mental aspects) and mark gaps for the development of the AI-powered Digital Coaches Hub’s materials. This report will also assess the needs of youth athletes.
D3.3 Ethical Compliance Summary
This deliverable will describe the ethical concerns and assurances established to protect the participants' rights and well-being. It will go through the ethical rules, informed consent processes, and any ethical issues that arose during the project's tasks. This summary will illustrate the project's commitment to ethical practices and educational methodology. It will include general and local specific requirements and compliance. It will also outline the minimum requirements for child protection policy for the organisations involved in activities with youth <18.

D5.1 Pilot Trial Protocol
This deliverable will establish the methodology, guidelines, and assessment criteria for the AWARDS Digital Hub’s pilot testing phase. It will outline how the primary target groups and the ultimate beneficiaries will test training materials and AI-driven functionalities. The activity will consist of a pre-study and post-study to assess the impact of AWARDS. This framework will ensure structured, consistent and effective feedback evaluation across all partner countries.
D5.3 AWARD project validation results and impact
A comprehensive report on the results and the impact analysis of the AWARDS Digital Coach Hub.
